Avocado & Egg Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice whole-grain bread
  • ½ avocado, mashed
  • 1 boiled or poached egg
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Cherry tomatoes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toast the whole-grain bread.
  2. Spread mashed avocado on top.
  3. Add the boiled or poached egg.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Garnish with cherry tomatoes if desired.
