Very comfortable chair. Beautiful fabric . Delivery smooth and on time. Came in through French doors as front door was a bit tight. Would be easier to take chair out if packaging if you only have a front door.

Its a lovely chair & very good value, but it was too big for my home, my feet couldn’t touch the floor.It would be a good idea to have one instore, instead of having to take a chance ordering without sitting in it.Also takes a few weeks to return so you have to have somewhere to store it,mine is in the porch so nowhere to put my mobility scooter & already had one date anytime between 8am & 8pm and they never bothered to turn up, or phone telling me why, so another 8 days in my porch.Its bad customer service I will never do it again.Fingers crossed they show up this week.

The chair itself looks nice however it’s so high off the ground it looks out of place. Due to it being so high, when you sit on the edge ready to stand up, it tips forwards. Also the mechanism when recliner the chair hits the bar underneath the front. It was already dented when I received it and also you could see and feel the jolt when it tried to move back and forth over the bar. Also the fabric at the back of the chair doesn’t quite reach to be able to velcro it in place. Such a shame as the look and size is perfect. The delivery wasn’t great either, it was too large to get through my door and the delivery guys aren’t able to unbox so I had to open it in the street and drag it in by myself! I am waiting for this to be collected in a couple of days so at least that part has been easy enough.

I needed a chair same day as I have broken my arm and need something to sit/sleep while waiting for an operation. Luckily someone had returned it to store so was ready to take away! This chair is amazing, looks great, very roomy and best of all it’s soo comfy all the tension in my body dissolved away. I am able to get in and out on my own.
