Ingredients:

Protein:

1 lb shrimp (cooked, peeled, and deveined)

Produce:

1 large avocado (sliced), 1/2 red onion (chopped), 1 cup shredded lettuce, fresh cilantro

Dressing: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp honey, salt & pepper to taste

**Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dressing – In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. Assemble the Salad – In a large bowl, add shredded lettuce, shrimp, avocado slices, and red onion.
