Ingredients:


For the Wings:


🍗 2 lbs chicken wings (drums & flats)
🧂 1 tsp salt
🌿 1/2 tsp black pepper
🌶 1 tsp smoked paprika
🥄 1 tsp garlic powder
🥄 1 tsp onion powder
🌶 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
🥄 1 tbsp olive oil


For the Cajun Honey Butter Sauce:


🧈 4 tbsp unsalted butter
🍯 1/4 cup honey
🥄 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🥄 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice


Instructions:


1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Season the Wings: In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and olive oil.
3️⃣ Bake the Wings: Arrange wings on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
4️⃣ Make the Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Stir in Cajun seasoning and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes until smooth.
5️⃣ Coat the Wings: Toss the hot wings in the honey butter Cajun sauce.
6️⃣ Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with ranch or honey mustard dip.
