Garlic Butter Lobster & Seared Scallops

📝 Ingredients:

For the Lobster:

2 lobster tails (split in half lengthwise)
3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Lemon wedges (for serving)
For the Seared Scallops:

12 large sea scallops (patted dry)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)
🍽 Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque and tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.


2️⃣ Sear the Scallops:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Season scallops with salt and black pepper.
Sear for 2 minutes on one side without moving them until a golden crust forms.
Flip, add butter and garlic, and cook for another 1-2 minutes while basting.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.


3️⃣ Assemble & Serve:

Plate the lobster tails and scallops together.
Drizzle with extra garlic butter and serve hot with lemon wedges.
