I didn’t know what to expect, so I read through the reviews and then chose . I found the whole process so easy ordering paying then I received the email back to let me know I would have the chair that same week on the Friday. The Friday I received a phone message to let me know they would be with me within the hour. Two nice lads delivered and left the parcel where I asked. It took 15 mins to get it ready for use and it all fitted so easily. It’s comfortable and I’m very happy with it and it has helped me with my back strain. The chair is very comfy, hard-wearing material and so quiet .⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
