Delivery time was well informed. Box was placed exactly where I wanted it by extremely polite, friendly and helpful young man. I am 69 with mobility difficulties and with only a small problem sliding the back into the seat and arm unit, was sitting in my chair in around 40 minutes.
It is very firm but supportive of hips and lower back. I like it very much. Thank you Dunelm, and the colour even brightens up a slightly dark corner of my room.
